During and after the International Agatha Christie Festival in September we took about two million photos. No one, naturally, wants to see a travelogue that long. But pulling out photos with similar themes makes them a little more fun. 

I posted a series during October leading up to Halloween. Those photos were of cemeteries, gravestones, and similar macabre images. Since we love old churches and churchyards, it is unsurprising that we took quite a few pictures that fit that theme!

We also love pubs and, of course, we had to eat every day, so we took an awful lot of pub photos, too. Last week I started a new series of photo posts on Instagram featuring many of the pubs we visited during our tour of England and Scotland. Some are in common tourist areas like York and Oxford, so let me know if you have been to any of them yourself. Or  tell us if we missed a really good one! I'll keep a list for the next time we visit the United Kingdom.
